Under the supervision of the Executive Director of the School of General Studies, the Professional Services Specialist IV is responsible for performing basic professional functions using established policies, procedures and guidelines; is responsible for the maintenance of databases and websites for testing invitations and scores in coordination with the testing coordinator; provides student support services; and does related work as required. This position requires a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s degree and one year of professional experience in an institution of higher education is required, with experience in administering college placement testing. Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and database management. Experience with ACCUPLACER, College Level Examination Program (CLEP) and Ellucian is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is also preferred.
