Job Description:

Project: Accounting support for office organization, accounts payable, 1098-T annual cycle and other transactions as needed. Approved in the FY 2024-25 Annual District Resource Request process.

Project Duration: August 2024-June 2025

Job description: Review vendor statements, sort accounts payable Outlook mailbox, assist with account reconciliations, and clerical functions (this is an example of duties plus additional projects as needed).

Any active vested member of California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS), who accepts employment with the District to perform service that requires membership in CalPERS, is eligible to elect to continue retirement system coverage under CalSTRS.
