The Marketing Program Manager, Enrollment Services reports to the Marketing Director, Enrollment & CAS. Drawing from the university’s mission and strategic priorities, the Marketing Program Manager has overall responsibility for executing marketing efforts that promote the University of St. Thomas undergrad and CAS programs in conjunction with the Director of Marketing for Enrollment Services/CAS. This position collaborates with departments and disciplines within enrollment services and CAS to efficiently use resources in reaching constituents through effective messaging, accurate branding and innovative media.
Execute against the annual strategic plan for marketing the University of St. Thomas 4-year program and College of Arts and Sciences. Participate in development of the plan including identifying key knowledge gaps, action plans to address those gaps, key audiences and key messages.
In conjunction with the Director of Marketing, Enrollment Services/CAS, assist in planning and executing advertising and visibility campaigns for undergraduate enrollment and CAS for all vehicles including outdoor, digital/social, web, print, radio, etc.
Direct and manage the production of all print materials, including viewbooks, brochures, invitations, mailings, reports, etc.
Oversee maintenance of a clear, compelling and user-friendly website, provide web content strategy, lead regular website redesign and train staff contributors.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
Five (5) years of professional marketing communications experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired may be substituted.
Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Office and experience working with analytic software and social media applications
An understanding of content management systems, and experience with social media and strategic planning
