The Staff Assistant ensures effective, efficient, and continuously improving Career Resource Center (CRC) operations, as well as event coordination. The incumbent will work with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, serving undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, employers, while working with 12 staff members and other department staff and faculty.
i. Bachelor’s Degree and 0-1 years relevant work experience.
ii. Excellent communication and customer service skills serving various stakeholders.
iii. Time management skills and ability to shift quickly between tasks.
iv. Strong attention to detail.
v. Proficiency in MS Office programs and strong computer/database/internet skills.
i. 2 years or more of related experience in an office or customer service environment.
