Position Summary
This position reports to the Director and is responsible for increasing Executive Development Center (EDC) revenue for the sale of open enrollment programs offered by the EDC. This position works closely with the Director on program sales and management, identifying and leveraging training grant funding/opportunities, recruiting for and managing open enrollment programs, managing and supporting strategic partnerships, providing marketing support for open enrollment programs, and supporting the Director in achieving EDC revenue and profit goals.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Open Enrollment Program Sales and Management
a. Recruit students and manage open enrollment programs as assigned by director
b. Meet with potential students, provide needs analysis, and make appropriate program recommendations to help students achieve their personal and professional development goals.
c. Provide support and guidance to new and current students to help them register for and successfully complete all required courses and content to earn their certificate.
d. Create and manage class schedules and enrollments
e. Work closely with instructors to ensure delivery of high-quality programs that consistently receive high ratings from participants
f. Work diligently with Office Manager and Sales Support Coordinator, Program Coordinators, and Office Assistants to coordinate logistics for open enrollment programs and provide superior customer service and deliver a topnotch student experience
g. Work with corporate clients to identify potential employees to send to open enrollment programs.
h. Provide guidance, documentation, and assistance with training grants for unemployed workers

2. Identifying and Leveraging Training Grant/Funding Opportunities
a. Research and stay current on training grant opportunities for individuals and companies
b. Be well informed on grant opportunities, requirements, and process
c. Assist individuals in MA and RI with NetworkRI/MA DLT training grants to fund their enrollment in EDC programs

3. Strategic Partnership Management
a. Continue to work with Director to manage all aspects of partnership with various national certification bodies (Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM),Project Management Institute (PMI), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and others as required
b. Manage relationships and "Approved Provider" status and approval with all required certification bodies
c. Continue to work with Tuition Assistance Education Partners (EdLink/EdCor) to leverage relationship and drive sales
d. Manage strategic relationships with organizations/associations/vendors that help EDC gain exposure with potential clients and students (i.e.
RI-SHRM, Ocean State PMI).
e. Identify five new corporate clients/opportunities to refer to Associate Director, Corporate Programs.

4. Marketing Support and Networking
a. Identify and attend appropriate events, sponsorships, trade shows etc. to continue to build brand of Bryant’s EDC as a leading provider of professional development and business education and to recruit students.
b. Assist Director providing support in creation, development, and production of Bryant EDC Course Catalog for each academic year
c. Assist director in creation of marketing campaigns and e-mail blasts to market new programs and recruit new students and clients.

5. Director Support
a. Work closely with Director and Associate Director on all aspects of managing the EDC; specifically, development, sales, and delivery of all open enrollment programs.
b. Provide accurate reporting on sales, budgets, forecasts, etc. as requested
c. Focus on working diligently with director to identify and create/develop new programs designed to drive sales, revenue, and profit
d. Provide support as required to assist Director and Associate Director to achieve EDC revenue and profit goals each year.
e. Work closely with Director to manage, train, provide feedback, and evaluate Program Coordinators and Office Assistants as needed.

6. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
This position is best filled by an individual with a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing and a minimum of five years successful experience in professional sales. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are required to effectively market and manage programs. The ability to successfully manage strategic partnerships, students, instructors, and key corporate relationships is required. Strong computer skills, including MS Office are required. This position may require some travel. Certain requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate persons with disabilities.
