The Associate Director, CE Marketing will develop, plan and execute integrated communications and marketing plans. This approach will promote program recruitment and proactively support strategic enrollment needs, driving the direction of RISD CE’s visual presence, while ensuring alignment with the overall RISD brand.

With the goal of increasing the diversity of enrollment and overall retention within all CE programs, Associate Director of Marketing will create, evaluate and maintain a marketing strategy aligned with enrollment goals. Work with the Executive Director to execute the strategic vision of RISD CE utilizing digital, content, social media and search engine marketing, while adhering to brand and style guidelines. As a member of the leadership team, the Associate Director will utilize strong interpersonal skills with internal and external constituents in order to effectively develop and execute enrollment-marketing plans.

In addition, the Associate Director, CE Marketing will translate creative direction into strategic plans and actions that drive enrollment for RISD Continuing Education. This position will allocate and manage the annual CE marketing budget while ensuring outreach goals are met; establish and supervise market research efforts, and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing efforts; and supervise full-time and part-time staff along with freelance marketing, design and production vendors.
