The Associate Director of International & Graduate Admissions is responsible for assisting the Director in all aspects of the admissions and recruitment process. In addition, the Associate Director is responsible for planning recruitment strategies, preparing an annual marketing plan, maintaining continuous contact with prospective students during the admissions process, analysis of data and preparation of statistical reports, and staying current on industry and campus news that could impact the prospective student.
Travel to represent the university at international recruitment events.
Meet enrollment goals for the assigned target territory.
Speak publicly to individuals, groups on and off campus.
Develop and maintain close working relationships with key international school counselors.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the recruitment and marketing plan
Assist in the development, maintenance and execution of the department’s communication plan.
Evaluate and execute admission decisions on applicant files
Develop and monitor statistical reports to enhance recruitment strategies and yield management.
Responsible for all supervision and training in relation to recruitment travel and activities for international and graduate recruiters by establishing guiding principles
Directly manage performance reviews and all personnel issues for direct reports including guidance and disciplinary action
Maintain and update the procedures manual for the department.
Assist the Director in Embassy and Agent relations
