Faculty Contract Administrator – (180396)

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide announces an exciting opportunity within the Department of Academic Affairs. This position is responsible for organizing the face-to-face, online and/or Eaglevision Home (EVH) terms offered by Embry-Riddle Worldwide. Primary responsibilities include creating the course sections for each term to facilitate face-to-face, online, and EVH registrations for all Worldwide campuses, issuing faculty contracts to instructors for each course section offered in a term (including establishing the dates and times of face-to-face course meetings), processing all instructor contracts to ensure accuracy, monitoring and maintaining sections for three terms simultaneously by adjusting caps, opening additional sections and contracting faculty, as needed. Other responsibilities include: cross-listing online sections created by residential campuses, pre-loading course sections one year ahead, limited dispersal of students, and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets.


Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree
1-3 years of work related experience
Analytical Skills with an in depth knowledge of information systems.
Technical expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Knowledge of Internet end-user applications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, students and faculty.
Excellent customer service to co-workers, staff, students, faculty and customers.
Willingness to maintain cooperative working relationships with supervisor/manager and other staff members at all times.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to recognize and deal with priorities; recognize and perform duties not directly assigned; and assists others as needed.
Willingness to keep up with changing technology.
Ability to investigate, problem solve, and take corrective action.
Positive and professional image.
Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain composure under pressure.
Willingness to seek guidance and direction as necessary for performance of duties.
