Orange Coast College Answer Center Support Staff will provide information to current and prospective students about Orange Coast College utilizing phones and computer technology. Directs inquiries to correct departments across campus in Student Services, Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, etc. Must have good phone etiquette, ability to navigate web, web links, and convey procedures to callers with a positive attitude. Bilingual ability in Spanish, Vietnamese is a plus, must have flexible schedule. Approximately 10-20 hours per week as arranged.
